We are very excited to announce details of our first book, 'Peepshow Collective', published in February by Index book.

Peepshow has achieved a rare alchemy: corralling a set of unique visual talents into a cohesive, and hugely influential, collective. Over the past decade, the London based group have worked across illustration, animation,set design, textiles and art direction for such clients as the Victoria & Albert Museum, M&C Saatchi, BBC, The New York Times and SHOWstudio, while also creating their own work for books, exhibitions and events worldwide. They’ve represented the best of British image-making at expos for The British Council and The Museum of Modern Art in Japan, and have featured in shows at the ICA, the Hayward Gallery and Somerset House. Despite, or because of, their focus on the individual, Peepshow as a group have become a force to be reckoned with. Instead of fitting themselves into a preexisting mould, the ten members have together created their own market. This book is a chance to delve into the Peepshow imagination, scanning collective and individual work from the past decade and glimpsing future directions. It’s also a rare chance to see behind the pixels, an interview with all of Peepshow’s members offering their take on where they start, when they decide to stop, and what happens in between.

Chrissie was asked to take part in 'Object Abuse', a group exhibition curated by the KK Outlet as part of the London Design Festival. A group of leading artists, designers and stylists were challenged to take an everyday object, remould, rebuild and repurpose it to create an entirely new item using as little additional materials as possible. Chrissie transformed a pair of chopsticks into mouse stilts.

Nation of Shopkeepers is an interactive illustration exhibition that invites the public to create their own fantasy shops for Peckham's Rye Lane.

Created by Garudio Studiage for Peckham Space Gallery the exhibition presents large-scale, painstakingly detailed line drawings of every single building on the street. The illustrations are left enticingly blank, ready to be customised and collaged by visitors to the gallery who range from local residents, school groups, students, artists and of course the shopkeepers themselves.

Andrew made an illustrated map with the House of Fairytales to compliment an imaginative trail for all ages around the grounds of The National Trust Estate Mottisfont Abbey. Chrissie created an installation as part of the trail as well, so if you fancy a day out in the countryside it’s a lovely spot.

The 100 Project

Lucy, Spencer and myself have donated artwork to The 100 Project, an initiative supporting young artistic talent in East London. Each week, a piece of original art will be auctioned with a starting price of £100. The goal is to raise enough money to get 100 children through the doors of The Prince’s Drawing School.

James Joyce, Milton Glaser, Paul Davis, Tom Gauld, Damien Hirst and many many more are also involved. The website launches (and bidding commences) on 27th July.

Graham Chapman 'A Liar's Autobiography'

Details of 'A Liar's Autobiography' are slowly being revealed, and we are proud to say we are one of sixteen animation studios working on sections of the feature length stereoscopic 3D animated film alongside our friends at Trunk, Treat, Not to Scale, Beakus and many more.

'A Liar's Autobiography' is based on the memoir of Monty Python's Graham Chapman and features the voices of surviving Python members Terry Jones, Michael Palin, John Cleese and Terry Gilliam. It will be released in Spring 2012.

I have illustrated a treasure map for The House of Fairy Tales adventure trail as part of Selfridges pioneering Project Ocean campaign to ban endangered fish from it’s menu and suppliers.
